Brown the beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.

Combine in slow cooker: Add the cooked beef, marinara sauce, uncooked pasta, and Italian seasoning to the slow cooker. Stir well.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours until pasta is tender.

Add cheese: About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle mozzarella over the top, cover, and let it melt.
