I’ve been eating this for breakfast for a month and now all my clothes are too big! A simple and quick breakfast for a slimmer waist, sugar-free

Ingredients

– 2 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 cup milk (dairy or plant‑based)
– 1 tbsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar)
– ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
– Fresh fruit for topping (like the oranges in the pic, or berries)
Method

1. *Mix* the chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and vanilla in a bowl.
2. *Stir* well so the seeds are evenly distributed (as shown in the top image).
3. *Rest* the mixture for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
4. *Refrigerate* the bowl for at least 4 hours or overnight, letting the chia seeds absorb the liquid and thicken into a pudding.
5. *Serve* the pudding in jars (like the bottom image) and top with fresh fruit or a drizzle of syrup.
Tips
– You can swap milk with coconut milk or almond milk for a different flavor.
– Adjust sweetness to taste before chilling.
– For texture, stir the pudding halfway through soaking to break any lumps.
