1/2 cup broccoli florets

1/4 cup onion, chopped

𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Prep the Sauce: Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.

Cook the Fried Rice:
In a large skillet or wok, melt butter and scramble the egg. Add onions and mixed vegetables, cook 2-3 mins. Stir in rice and soy sauce. Fry for another 3-5 mins, then set aside.

Sear the Steak:
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, then sear until browned outside but still juicy inside. Add some sauce to glaze. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp:
In the same pan, cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side. Pour over remaining sauce to coat well. Remove from heat once cooked through.

Stir-Fry Vegetables:
Lightly stir-fry zucchini, broccoli, and onions until just tender. Optionally glaze with a bit of the sauce.

Assemble:
In a container or plate, place a generous serving of fried rice, top with glazed steak, shrimp, and vegetables.
