The best method to combat foot fungus

Procedure and How to Use
Preparation of the mixture:
I squeezed the juice of a fresh lemon into a small bowl. Add the garlic cloves previously crushed and mix well. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes so that the garlic releases its active compounds.
Application:
Wash your feet very well with warm water and neutral soap. Dry them carefully, especially between your fingers.
Treatment:
Using a cotton pad, apply the mixture to the areas affected by the fungi. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Dry thoroughly.
Repeat:
Apply this treatment once a day, preferably at night, for at least a week. If the problem persists, you can continue until the symptoms disappear.
Additional Tips
Wear cotton socks that allow ventilation. Avoid those made of synthetic material.
Change your socks and shoes daily, especially if you sweat a lot.
Do not share towels or shoes to prevent the spread of the fungus.

Always dry your feet thoroughly, especially between your toes, after bathing.
If your symptoms worsen or don’t improve, see a dermatologist.

This remedy can be an excellent first line of defense to eliminate fungi and prevent future infections naturally.
