The “Poor” vs. “Rich” Lines
A popular example often cited in palmistry showcases two hand markings, each said to predict different financial outcomes. In the upper part of the image, a closed palm shows a faint cross near the thumb labeled “Poor.” This interpretation suggests that such a marking symbolizes financial limitations or struggles, where the lightness or interruption of the lines is believed to reflect difficulties in accumulating wealth.
